Just as no two people are exactly alike, no two handmade pieces have to be identical. You may notice natural variations in color, shape, texture, finish, or decorative details from one batch to another. These differences are part of the handcrafted character of Testify, not a promise of factory-made uniformity. We remain committed to product quality, safe preparation, and accurate descriptions.

Made-to-Order Processing

Most Testify skincare products and gift boxes are made or assembled after your order is placed. Please allow up to 6 business days for production and processing before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Goat Milk Soap

Our handcrafted goat milk soap takes approximately one month to cure. To protect quality and avoid long waits, we sell only fully cured, available goat milk soap bars. Gift boxes containing goat milk soap use cured bars from ready-to-ship inventory. Handmade soap colors, swirls, textures, and decorative details may differ from product photographs.

Shipping and Delays

Shipping charges and options are displayed at checkout. If ingredients or packaging become unexpectedly unavailable and affect your order timing, we will contact you with an update and available options. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
